Decision-making of Product Price and Modularization Level and the Supply Chain Coordination

模块化能合理有效地同时实现产品多样化和生产规模化,将成为信息时代面向订单生产企业的重要生产模式之一。文章针对需求同时受价格和模块化水平影响的产品,根据集中决策和分散决策下批发价格和模块化水平的最优决策方法,解决供应链环境下产品价格和模块化水平决策难题,构造契约机制以实现供应链的成员决策协调。最后通过数值算例讨论各参数对供应链整体利润以及“双重边际效应”程度的影响。

Modularization helps realize product diversification and large-scale production reasonably and effectively, and will become one of the important production modes for the oriented-production enterprises in the information age. According to optimal decision-making method of wholesale price and modularization level under decentralized decision-making and aiming at the products whose demand is affected by price and modularization level, this paper solves the decision-making problem of prod- uct price and modularization level in supply chain environment aiid constructs a contract mechanism to realize the decision-mak- ing coordination of supply chain members. Finally, the paper employs a numerical example to discuss the influence of the parame- ters on overall profit and ＂double marginal effect＂ of supply chain.
