垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液的超临界水氧化处理 被引量:13

摘要 在盐浴间歇式反应器上进行了垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓缩液的超临界水氧化处理。结果表明,压力对反应无显著影响,而温度、氧化系数和反应时间则影响显著。COD及氨氮的去除率随着温度、氧化系数和反应时间的增加而增加。在25 MPa、500℃、氧化系数2.0、5 min时COD和氨氮的去除率可以达到95.2%和80.8%。此外,研究发现不锈钢316及Incoloy 825合金在此过程中均发生了不同程度的腐蚀,不锈钢316的表面形成了主要组分为Fe_3O_4和FeCr_2O_4的氧化层,而Incoloy 825合金氧化层的主要成分为NiO和NiCr_2O_4/Fe_3O_4/FeCr_2O_4。 Supercritical water oxidation (SC WO ) treatment of landfill leachate membrane filtered concentrate has been implemented on a batch reactor in salt bath. The experimental results indicate that pressure does not have obvious influence on the reaction, but temperature, oxidation coefficient and reaction time have. The removing rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen increase with the increase of temperature, oxidation coefficient and reaction time. When 25 MPa, temperature 500℃, oxidation coefficient 2.0, and reaction time 5 min, the removing rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen can reach 95.2% and 80.8%, respectively. In addition, it is found in the research that corrosion in varying degrees has occurred to both Stainless Steel 316 and Incoloy Alloy 825 in this process. An oxide layer whose main components are Fe304 and FeCr204 has formed on the surface of Stainless Steel 316, while an oxide layer whose components are NiO and NiCr204/Fe3On/FeCr204 has formed on the surface of Incoloy Alloy 825.
