摘要
从白云岩表面分离纯化得到一株优势菌株,通过生理生化实验,初步判断其为蜡样芽孢杆菌;通过DNA测序分析,确定其为蜡样芽孢杆菌。为研究蜡样芽孢杆菌对碳酸盐岩的风化、表面形貌及周边环境的影响提供了重要依据。
We screened and purified a superior strain from the surface of dolomite.The superior strain was preliminarily identified as Bacillus cereus by physiological and biochemical experiments,which was confirmed by DNA sequencing analysis.The study provides an important basis for investigating the effects of Bacillus cereus on the weathering,surface morphology,and the surroundings of carbonate rocks.
