响应面法优化陕产天麻多糖超声辅助提取工艺 被引量:5

Optimization in Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction Process of GastrodiaelataBlume Polysaccharides from Shaanxi by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以天麻多糖提取率为评价指标,采用单因素实验和响应面法优化陕产天麻多糖超声辅助提取工艺。结果表明,料液比对天麻多糖提取率的影响比较显著,最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:23(g:mL)、超声温度44℃、超声时间45min,在此条件下,天麻多糖提取率为31.2%。 Using the extraction rate of Gastrodia elata Blume polysaccharides as an evaluation index,we optimized the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Gastrodia elata Blume polysaccharides from Shaanxi by a single-factor experiment and response surface methodology.The results showed that the solid-liquid ratio had a significant influence on the extraction rate of Gastrodia elata Blume polysaccharides.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the solid-liquid ratio of 1:23(g:mL),the ultrasonic temperature of 44 ℃,and the ultrasonic time of 45 min.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of Gastrodia elata Blume polysaccharides was 31.2%.
