利奈唑胺治疗粪肠球菌脑膜炎患者1例的案例分析

A case report of linezolid in treatment of Enterococcus faecalis meningitis patient

目的探讨利奈唑胺对粪肠球菌脑膜炎患者的抗感染效果。方法总结分析1例万古霉素敏感粪肠球菌脑膜炎患者临床诊疗经过并复习文献。结果与结论利奈唑胺可有效控制万古霉素治疗无效的粪肠球菌脑膜炎。

Objective To discuss the anti-infection treatment of linezolid against Enterococcus faecalis meningitis. Methods The antimicrobial agents using history of 1 case of vancomycin susceptible Enterococcus faecalis meningitis and the results of treatment were summarized and analyzed as well as that the associated literatures were reviewed.Results and conclusion Linezolid is effective for meningitis caused by Enterococcus faecalis which failed to response to vancomycin.
