沙利度胺的药理学机制及其在炎症性肠病中的研究现状

Pharmacological mechanism of thalidomide and its research progress in inflammatory bowel disease

沙利度胺因具有抗炎、抗血管生成和免疫调节的特性而被广泛用于炎性疾病的治疗,近年来已纳入治疗炎症性肠病的药物研究,目前仍处于探索阶段。本文就沙利度胺的药理机制及其在炎症性肠病中的研究进展做一综述,以期更好地指导后续研究。

Thalidomide is widely used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases with its anti-inflammatory,anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory properties,and it has been included in the studies for treating inflammatory bowel disease in recent years,but still in the period of exploration. In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism of thalidomide and its research progress in inflammatory bowel disease are reviewed in order to provide a better guide for follow-up studies.
