摘要
为实现毫米波信号功率电平控制,设计出一种电调衰减器,衰减器传输线为波导鳍线形式,通过在鳍线槽缝中并联PIN二极管实现衰减,另外,为了抑制波导与鳍线夹缝中的能量泄露,采用了一种新型纵向的梳状结构进行改善。整个电路结构紧凑,易于加工实现,经过仿真、优化并实测,在Ka波段1 GHz带宽内插损不超过2 d B,最大衰减量可达32 d B,衰减性能良好。
An electronically controlled attenuator is designed to achieve millimeter wave signal power level control. The transmission line of the attenuator is waveguide fin line. The attenuation is achieved by paralleling the PIN diode in the slot of the fin line. In addition, a new vertical comb structure is used to suppress the energy leakage between the waveguide and the fin line. The whole circuit is compact and easy to process. After simulation, optimization and measurement, the insertion loss in Ka-band 1 GHz bandwidth is less than 2 dB, the maximum attenuation reaches to 32 dB, it has good attenuation performance.
