二甲戊灵与扑草净或异丙甲草胺复配制剂的活性和安全性测定

Evaluation of Herbicidal Activity and Safety to Cotton of Pendimethalin Mixed with Prometryn or Metolachlor

采用田间随机区组试验设计方法测定35%二甲戊灵·扑草净乳油和45%二甲戊灵·异丙甲草胺乳油对棉田杂草的防治效果及其对棉花安全性的影响。结果表明,用药后45 d,35%二甲戊灵·扑草净乳油1 312.5、2 100.0 g a.i./hm^2处理对杂草的鲜质量防效在84%左右,787.5、1050.0、1 312.5、2 100.0 g a.i./hm^2处理对杂草的总株数防效分别为54.0%、60.3%、70.4%、75.6%,鲜质量防效分别为60.7%、77.6%、81.7%、84.9%。45%二甲戊灵·异丙甲草胺乳油1 100.0、1 900.0 g a.i./hm^2处理对杂草的鲜质量防效在90%左右,800.0、950.0、1 100.0、1 900.0 g a.i./hm^2处理对杂草的总株数防效分别为61.4%、65.2%、70.9%、73.2%,鲜质量防效分别为76.0%、81.9%、88.7%、92.0%。35%二甲戊灵·扑草净乳油、45%二甲戊灵·异丙甲草胺乳油的推荐适宜用量分别为1 312.5、1 100.0 g a.i./hm^2;在供试剂量下,2种药剂对棉花出苗、生长、产量和品质无不良影响,对棉花安全。

Using field randomized block design method,it was to determine the herbicidal control effect in cotton fields and safety of pendimethalin · prometryn 35% EC and pendimethalin · metolachlor 45% EC on cotton.The result showed that pendimethalin · prometryn 35% EC prestented good control on weed at the dosages of 1312.5,2 100.0 g a.i./hm^2.45 Days after treatment with pendimethalin·prometryn 35% EC at the dosages of 787.5,1 050.0,1 312.5,2 100.0 g a.i./hm^2,the total plant control effect were 54.0%,60.3%,70.4%,75.6%,and the fresh weight control effect were 60.7%,77.6%,81.7%,84.9%,respectively.Pendimethalin ·metolachlor 45% EC at the dosages of 1 100.0,1900.0 g a.i./hm^2 showed good control on weed.With the dosages of 800.0,950.0,1100.0,1 900.0 g a.i./hm^2,the total plant control effect were 61.4%,65.2%,70.9%,73.2%,and the fresh weight control effect were 76.0%,81.9%,88.7%,92.0%,respectively.The recommended dosages of pendimethalin·prometryn 35% EC and pendimethalin·metolachlor 45% EC were 1 312.5,1 100.0 g a.i./hm^2,respectively,which were safe to emergence,growth,yield and quality of cotton.
