摘要
苄嘧磺隆是目前稻田常用的土壤封闭除草剂品种之一,研究建立其毛细管电泳分析方法,可以为苄嘧磺隆的残留检测和环境行为研究提供一种经济灵敏的方法选择。建立苄嘧磺隆毛细管电泳分析方法,以50 mmol/L醋酸钠(pH值4.8,含12%乙腈)为缓冲液,采用10.5 kV工作电压,240 nm检测波长。结果表明,苄嘧磺隆的保留时间为14.6 min,最低检测浓度为0.2 mg/L,在0.4~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(y=991.52x+403.67,r^2=0.990 1)。该方法可同时检测样品中的丙酮,因此可以将丙酮作为分析苄嘧磺隆的内标物。
Bensulfuron-methyl is one of the commonly used soil-treatment herbicides in paddy fields.Capillary electrophoresis(CE) analysis can provide an economical and sensitive alternative method to detect bensulfuron-methyl residues and to study its environmental behavior.Therefore,the capillary electrophoresis analysis for bensulfuron methyl was developed in this study,using 50 mmol/L acetate(pH 4.8,containing 12% acetonitrile) as running buffer,and with a working voltage of 10.5 kV and detection wavelength of 240 nm.The retention time of bensulfuron methyl was 14.6 min; the minimum detectable concentration was 0.2 mg/L.Bensulfuron methyl was in a good linear relationship with peak area at concentrations of 0.4 ~ 10.0 mg/L(y = 991.52 x + 403.67,r^2= 0.990 1).Acetone can also be detected by this method and therefore can be used as an internal standard for bensulfuron methyl detection.
