摘要 高纬度地区铁路桥梁新型球型钢支座是根据高纬度地区铁路桥梁特点改良的耐寒防风沙球型钢支座,在支座滑动面采用高抗冻性硅脂保证了支座在低温条件下的平面滑动和球面转动性能;在支座上板与下板之间设置新型防风沙结构,防止了外部风沙的侵入。结合低温型式试验对新型球型钢支座进行了测试。结果表明,新型球型钢支座在严寒条件下达到了支座设计指标与行业标准,为高纬度地区铁路桥梁的修建提供了技术支撑。 Based on the characteristics of railway bridges in high latitude region,the new type spherical steel bearing was improved,which had cold resistant and wind-sand resistant performance. The frost resistance of grease was used in the bearing sliding surface to ensure the performances of plane sliding and spherical rotation under the condition of low temperature. At the same time,a new type wind-sand resistant structure was used between the upper plate and the lower plate of bearing to prevent the invasion of wind and sand outside. A low temperature type testing was carried out to test the new type spherical steel bearing. The results show that the new type spherical steel bearing meets the design index and industry standard of the bearing under severe cold condition,which provides technical support for the construction of railway bridges in high latitude region.
