沉淀池无缝设计

摘要 沉淀池是污水处理工程中的重要设施,常因平面尺寸巨大而在施工或使用阶段出现池壁裂缝和渗漏等问题。某污水厂新建的12座66m直径沉淀池,设计中分别采用补偿收缩混凝土和预应力筋解决水化热温差、干缩温差应力和环境温差应力,防止干缩裂缝和结构裂缝,取得了较好的经济技术效果,工程建成投产多年,使用效果良好。 Sedimentation pool is an important facility in the sewage treatmen project;there are problems such as wall cracks and leakage often due t the huge size in the construction or use of the pool.In the design of twelv newly-built sedimentation pools with the diameter of 66 m for each in wastewater treatment plant,compensation shrinkage concrete and prestress reinforcement are used to solve the temperature difference stress dry shrinkage stress and environmental temperature difference stress ar designed to prevent shrinkage cracks and structural cracks and achiev better economic and technological results.The project has been put int operation for many years with good use effects.
