摘要
基于对目前档案管理的现状和存在的问题进行释放的分析,我们采用RFID技术分析目前档案管理事项,促进档案管理水平的进一步提高。通过设计一套基于RFID物联网的档案管理自动化系统,并分析此系统的功能模块架构和管理业务流程,促进档案管理智能化、自动化和系统化管理。试验结果证明:基于RFID的档案管理系统设计,有效提高系统稳定性和系统性能,从数据方面来看能够将系统稳定性提高到88.36%左右,具有较好的工程实践指导价值和良好的应用前景。
The release of the analysis on the present status quo of archives management and the existing problems based on our RFID technology was used to analyze the current archives management issues, improve the management level of archives. By designing a set based on the RFID Internet of things archives management automation system, and analyzes the function module of the system architecture and management of business processes, promoting intelligent file management and automation and management system. The test results show that the design of file management system based on RFID, effectively improve the system performance and system stability, data from the point of view of the stability of the system can he increased to about 88.36% , and has good practical value and good application prospect.
