摘要
开发了一种路面及层面间结构受力状况采集检测系统,该系统可为道路受力特性分析、沥青路面早期损坏研究、提升高速公路养护、维修及道路状况评估水平提供技术支撑。系统主要包括4部分:太阳能充电锂电池组电源、车辆到位感知模块、数据采集存储系统及上位机分析软件。其中前3部分布置在应用现场,用于实时在线测试并存储车辆对路面产生的应变数据;上位机分析软件用于从大容量Flash存储器离线提取已存储的应变数据。并通过实验验证了系统无人值守采集数据的可行性,对测试数据的有效性进行了分析。结果表明,开发的系统满足现场测试要求。
A automatic acquisition system was developed in this paper.This system is used to test the condition of pavement stress.In addition,the system can be used to further analyze the mechanical characteristics of rode and the early damage of asphalt pavement which can improve the evaluation level of highway maintenance and road condition.The system was composed of four parts:lithium battery pack power charged by solar,vehicle arrival diagnosis module,data sampling system and the PC software.The former three parts were installed on the test site to achieve real-time strain data of road;PC software could be used to extract strain data saved in large capacity flash memory.Finally,the feasibility of the system was verified by experiment,and the results showed that the system could be used to sample data automatically.
