摘要
目前对于路面材料寿命的模拟方法,尚存在模拟参数单一、难以真实模拟路面条件等局限。多功能路面材料全寿命分析仪,通过模拟光、热、周期性应力等多因素的耦合作用,可全面地研究路面材料服役时的性能变化。文中通过对温度、交通量、降雨量、氧气体积分数、紫外辐照强度等数据的采集,进行归纳换算,按照不同的紫外辐照强度分区,提出基于多功能路面材料全寿命分析仪的沥青路面材料的全寿命模拟方法。
At present,the simulation method of pavement material lifetime is limited,and the simulation parameters are too simple to simulate the actual pavement condition.Multifunctional full-life analyzer for asphalt pavement materials could study the performance of pavement materials at its service time more thoroughly by using the coupling effects of multi-factors such as ultraviolet(UV),thermal and cyclic stress.In this paper,the data of temperature,traffic volume,rainfall,oxygen concentration and UV intensity were collected and calculated.The full-time simulation method for asphalt pavement in different UV radiation partition was proposed based on multifunctional full-life analyzer for asphalt pavement materials.
