摘要 车辙作为沥青路面材料经常出现的破坏形式之一,由多种因素主导,其中环境因素如温度、荷载、水损害对车辙的影响目前尚缺乏研究。文中利用正交实验,研究了多因素对全厚式组合车辙试件的影响。结果表明,在碾压前1h,温度对车辙深度影响最显著,荷载次之,喷淋影响最小。碾压5h后,荷载与温度起主导作用,喷淋的影响有所增加。不同碾压时间下正交实验的结果相似,正交实验应用于评价多因素对车辙深度的影响切实可行。 As a main failure mode of asphalt pavement,rutting is influenced by many factors.However,the effect of environmental factors such as temperature,load and water on rutting is lack of research.In this paper,the orthogonal experiment was used to study the effect of multi-factors on composite rutting structure.The results show that after loading for 1 h,the rutting depth is influenced most seriously with temperature,more with load and least with spray.After loading for 5 h,the effect for influence the rutting depth is higher with load and temperature,lowest with spray.Results of orthogonal experiment after loading for different hours show a similar tendency.Orthogonal experiment is feasible to evaluate the influences of multi-factors on rutting depth.
