法治是一种现实的存在,真切地表征它的正是法治问题本身。法治问题具有多元聚合性质,它主要通过有偏性、不确定性和动态性等特征显现出来。法治体系必须要具有与之相适应的性质才能具备更强的国家治理能力。更加坚实地将法治建设置于各种现实因素及其相互关系基础上来考量,我们就能够不断擢升法治问题与法治体系之间的契合程度,由此构建的法治体系才会具有更高程度的富有时代特色的现实性,进而它才是当代中国的。

Rule by law is a realistic existence which shows clearly it is the essence of law itself. Rule by law problem has multiple synthetic natures and is shown through partial, indefinite and dynamic characteristics.Rule by law system has national management power only when possessing respective nature. Rule by law construction should be considered based on different realistic factors and the relation between them so that we can promote the coordinating degree of the problem and the system. In this way the construction of rule by law system can have high level of realistic feature with temporal quality as well as Chinese characteristics.
