摘要
介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司炼铁厂2座5 050 m3高炉本体(包括炉缸、风口及其以上区域)、出铁场、热风炉(包括热风炉本体、热风管道及其他管道)的耐火材料配置和使用情况,以及运行一年多来的应用效果,指出了通过精心操作及有效的长寿管理与维护,有望实现高炉长寿的设计目标。
Configuration and application of refractories for the furnace body （including hearth,tuyere and the area above the tuyere）,cast house,and hot blast stove （including the stove body, hot air duct,and other ducts） of two .5 0.50 m^3 blast furnace systems were introduced. The application result of one-year running was also mentioned. It is pointed out that by elaborate operation and effective management and maintenance,the long life of blast furnaces can be realized.
