摘要
定长补偿方法是微细电火花铣削的重要补偿方法,在使用空心电极进行定长补偿铣削时,旋转的空心电极端部会形成稳定的圆台形。基于定长补偿加工模型,提出了空心电极定长补偿平面铣削方法,将待加工平面分解成一系列有一定重叠率的梯形槽。在此基础上,根据不同的重叠率推导了加工有重叠部分的梯形槽时对应的电极补偿长度,并设计了双槽加工实验,验证了所提方法的可行性。最终加工出的平面在两道槽的交界处无明显起伏,为空心电极定长补偿方法在平面铣削加工中奠定了基础。
Fix-length compensation method is an important compensation method for micro EDM milling. By using tubular electrode,a truncated cone shaped end is formed under fix-length compensation method. The planar milling method with tubular electrode is proposed based on fix-length compensation method. First,the target plane is divided to several trapezoidal grooves with a certain overlap rate. Then,the relationship between compensation length and overlap rate is studied and experiments are performed. Eventually,a cavity of good accuracy is machined based on fix-length compensation method by using the planar milling method with truncated cone shaped electrode.
