摘要
通过多齿片状合金电极与钛合金试片对的电火花成形加工实验,摸索了钛合金板孔的加工工艺规律,采用多齿、多片组合电极对钛合金试片进行了加工参数研究,并按实际加工要求,采用二个加工回路、四组组合电极同时进行放电,整定了工艺参数,实现了新型舰载战机发动机进风口格栅网板整板群孔的电火花高效、稳定加工。
Through the producing testing of the sinking electro-discharge machining of the multi- tooth flaky alloy electrode and titanium alloy specimen,we explored the processing technology of titanium alloy plate hole. Thus we make further study on the processing parameters of titanium alloy specimen by using multi-tooth and multi-slice composite electrode. Finally,under the requirements of manufacturing ,the processing technology parameters are fixed. Two machining circuits and four sets of combined electrodes was used to discharge at the same time,which makes the highly efficient and stable produce of electric spark of grid mesh panel holes in the new type of carrier-bone fighter jet engine.
