再谈良性前列腺增生与下尿路症状药物治疗中的几个关键问题

The key problems in benign prostatic hyperplasia and lower urinary tract symptoms medical treatment

良性前列腺增生（BPH）和老年男性下尿路症状（LUTS）的关系十分密切。药物治疗在BPH／LUTS的治疗中具有重要地位，但目前临床上在应用药物治疗的过程中仍存在一些不明确和亟待解决的问题，如改善症状与延缓疾病临床进展二者如何统一；BPH／LUTS的治疗药物种类繁多，如何进行合理选择；联合药物治疗的依据是什么，是否存在治疗风险等。本文通过文献回顾，对以上几个问题进行再阐述。

The relationship between benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） and lower urinary tract symptoms （LUTS） in elderly men is very close. Although medical therapy plays an important role in the treatment of BPH/LUTS, there are still some unclear and urgent problems in the pharmaceutical treatment, including how to improve patients＇ symptoms and delay the clinical progression. There are a plenty of medicines for BPH/LUTS treatment, but how to make a reasonable choice, what is the evidence for the combination of those medicines and whether they may cause side effects？ This review will focus on these key and controversial problems by literature review.
