随着时代发展和科技的进步,互联网世界愈发趋向复杂态势。面对纷繁复杂的网络价值观多元化话语体系,更需准确把握价值观引导的内在规律,树立思想政治教育话语权的正确导向。以CAS理论为基石,通过对网络价值观发展趋向的理性分析,积极探讨"互联网+"时代网络议题设置的主动介入模式。致力于以显性信息透视受众内在心理映射反馈,突破网络生态治理的壁垒,把握网络思想政治教育规律,最终以正能量议题设置等构建网络时代思想政治教育的有效引导路径。

With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the Internet world is becoming more and more complex. Facing the pluralistic discourse system of network values,we need to grasp the guidance of the inherent laws of value and set up the correct direction of the right to speak in Ideological and political education. Based on CAS theory, we actively explore the active intervention mode setting of ＂Internet plus era＂ network issues, by the rational analysis of the trend of the development of network values.We also use explicit information to see the internal mapping feedback, break through the barriers of network ecosystem governance, grasp the rule of network ideological and political education, and set up the effective guiding way of Ideological and political education in the Internet age through the positive energy agenda setting and so on.
