政府过程视阈下的网络政治沟通

On the Internet-mediated Political Communication in China from the Perspective of Government Process

运用文献资料与文本分析相结合的研究方法,从政府过程视阈的视角出发,对"网络政治沟通"这一命题进行了一系列深入研究与探讨。研究发现,网络政治沟通作为连接政府与公众进行交流和互动的桥梁和纽带,贯穿于政府过程的各个环节,对政府的利益表达与利益综合、政府的行政决策以及政策执行三个方面有着诸多影响。为了加强政府过程的治理,建议从法治体系、决策回应与政策沟通三个方面重构当下的网络政治沟通机制。

Using the research methods of a combination of literature review and text analysis, this paper conducted and discussed the internet-mediated political communication from the perspective of government process. The study found thatas a bridge and link connecting the government and the public, the internet-mediated political communication has many influences on the government ＇s interest expression and interest synthesis, and the government＇s administrative decision-making and policy implementation.In order to strengthen the governance of government process,it is suggested to reconstruct the internet-mediated political communication mechanism from three aspects：the legal system,decision-making response and policy communication in our country.
