摘要
在介绍了加油站定义和国内外相关理论研究的发展之后,针对其应用研究精度不是加油站的辐射范围和吸引力研究较少的情况,根据雷利法则和哈夫模型推导出加油站商圈范围测算方法、吸引力模型和潜力系数测算方法,并利用某省的数据进行了实证分析,同时针对加油站的实际情况总结出了经验算法。
The research status of business area theory at home and abroad was briefly introduced.Through the construction of business area model theory of gas station,different types of business area delineation of gas station were analyzed,and the investigation focus and correction coefficient adjustment method for various types of gas station were further distinguished. On the basis of theoretical research,through introducing a number of empirical studies,a relatively mature determination scheme of potential sales capability index of gas station was achieved.
