高炉返矿直进烧结配料室的研究

Study on Return Fines Direct Entering Proportioning Chamber in Blast Furnace

针对高炉烧结返矿不断增加的问题，研究了解决方案，根据现场环境，增设了皮带机，使返矿直接进烧结配料室，缓解了汽车运输压力、降低了运输费用，并减少了炼铁厂周边道路环境污染。

The problems occurred in the sintering return fines of blast furnace is constantly in- creased. A research is made, and a solution is put forward. Based on the site environment, the belt con- veyor is introduced, making the return fines directly enter the proportioning chamber, so as to relieve vehicle transportation pressure, reduce transportation cost and road pollution around ironmaking plant.
