摘要
基于某地区多条高速公路上530座空心板梁桥的定期检查资料,对空心板梁桥的技术状况、病害类型、病害位置等数据进行统计、归类和分析。结果表明:1)相同运营年限下,装配式(预应力)空心板梁桥比现浇(非预应力)技术状况好;2)病害主要分布在上部结构及桥面系;3)预应力空心板底板纵向裂缝、铰缝失效、支座脱空、伸缩缝失效等病害比较普遍。
Based on the periodic inspection data of 530 hollow slab bridges on a number of expressways incertain area, detailed statistics, classification and analysis were made on the technical conditions, typicaldiseases and disease location of the hollow girder bridge. The results show that; 1 ) Fabricated(prestressed) hollow slab bridge performs better than the cast-in-place (non-prestressed) one during thesame operation term; 2) The diseases mainly distribute among the upper structure and the deck; 3 )Diseases like vertical cracks, ineffective hinge joint, support falling off and ineffective expansion joint arecommon for the bottom prestressed hollow slab.
