摘要
问诊是采集病史的主要手段,是医学交流的主要内容和重要形式,是最重要的基本临床技能之一。在诊断学教学中加强医患沟通技能的教学,全面提高学生的问诊能力,具有非常重要的现实意义。针对传统问诊教学中存在的问题,设计并制作强化沟通能力培养的诊断学问诊教学课件和教学微视频,用于翻转课堂的网络资源分享。根据问诊课程教学大纲,制作了13个微视频,分别为课程介绍、问诊的医德要求、问诊的内容、一般项目、主诉、现病史、既往史、其他问诊内容、问诊的方法、问诊的技巧、特殊情况的问诊技巧、重点问诊和问诊的评价,每一个视频都有较强的针对性,并注重沟通能力的培养。强化沟通能力培养的问诊教学微视频为临床医学专业医学生和住院医生问诊学习、提高问诊技能、构建和谐医患关系、提高诊疗效果提供帮助。
Interrogation is one of the most important essential clinical skills in collecting medical history and building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. It is of great importance to strengthen the teaching on interrogation communication capability and help the students to grow comprehensively in the medical domains. Facing the challenges in traditional interrogation teaching, the micro videos are designed to enhance communication capability, which would be shared as network resources in the flipped classroom. Based on the curriculum syllabus, 13 micro videos were made, each of which is focused on one problem respectively. They are introduction, medical ethics for interrogation, contents of interrogation, general data, chief complaints, present illness, past history, other contents of interrogation, interrogation methods, interrogation skills, interrogation skills in special cases, focused interrogation and evaluation of interrogation. Meanwhile, development of communication capability was specially emphasized. Interrogation teaching micro video focusing on enhancing communication capability will be helpful for the medical students and residents to improve the skills of interrogation, communication, and the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment.
