摘要 目的观察医学实习生实施个性化教学其专业理论、技术操作能力变化情况。方法本次研究对象选取2015年7月—2017年6月在我院进行实习的医学实习生,以2015年7月—2016年6月医学实习生为对照组,人数24名,采用传统带教模式;以2016年7月—2017年6月医学实习生为研究组,人数26名,行个性化带教,观察两组医学实习生专业理论、技术操作能力情况,以及负责人对带教结果满意度。结果部门负责人满意度研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组专业知识以及技能合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化带教在医学临床带教中能有效提高学生专业技能、知识,具有积极性意义。 Objective To observe the personalized teaching mode in the medical students’ professional theory knowledge and technical operation ability. Methods The medical students worked from July 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected. The medical students Pworked from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as control group (24 cases); the medical students worked from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study group (26 cases). The control group received the conventional teaching mode; the study group received the personalized teaching mode. The evaluation score of the students’ professional theory, technical operation ability and the department directors’ satisfaction for two groups were observed. Results The department directors’ satisfaction for study group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05); the evaluation score of the professional knowledge and the qualifed rate of clinical operation ability for study group were higher than control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The personalized teaching mode can effectively improve the medical student’s professional skills and knowledge in clinical practice, and has positive signifcance.
