中药临床药学发展现状及展望

Development Status and Prospect of Clinical Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中药临床药学作为中药学大类专业的分支学科起步较晚,目前虽有了较大的发展,但是从现状来看,中药临床药学工作的开展还存在很多不容忽视的问题。在此提出了中药临床药学应坚持以临床用药安全、有效、合理为目的,加强高素质人才的培养为目的,合理的继承传统中医药思想。做到辨证论治,合理熟练地运用中医理论,掌握中药临床的运用原则,主动探讨如何才能更好地适应现代用药需求,提高服务技能,注重临床实践工作。在对中药临床药学的含义、理论研究现状及其在临床治疗中的意义进行汇总的同时,针对现阶段的发展特点及存在的问题和不足进行总结,并对发展形势进行展望,以推进中药药学服务的推广和普及。

Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） clinical pharmacy as Chinese materia medica categories of professional branch started relatively late, although at present has a larger development, but from the current situation, Chinese medicine clinical pharmacy work still exists many problem that not allow to ignore. In this paper, it is suggested that the clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine should adhere to the safe, effective and rational clinical medicine, to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talents, and to rationally inherit the traditional Chinese medicine thought. In order to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, skillfully use of traditional Chinese medicine theory, master the use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） clinical principle, take the initiative to explore how to better adapt to the modern medicine demand, improve service skills, pay attention to the clinical practice work. The paper summarizes the connation of clinical pharmacy, theoretical research status and significance in the clinical treatment, development features at present, issues and shortcomings and prospects the development situation thus promoting the promotion and popularity of the pharmacy service of traditional Chinese medicine.
