急诊科医护人员心理健康状况研究分析及对策

Study on the Analysis of Mental Health of Medical Staff in Emergency Department and Its Countermeasures

目的探讨急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况并分析原因,制定应对措施。方法对急诊科医护人员以症状自评量表进行调查分析。结果急诊科医护人员心理健康状况较一般人群差,从检出率的高低排序看,强迫症>抑郁>敌对>躯体化>恐怖>人际关系>焦虑>精神病>偏执,在强迫症、抑郁、敌对上得分较高。结论由于工作环境、性质等因素,大多数急诊科医护人员心理健康状况不容乐观。重视急诊医护人员的心理卫生状况,采取措施提高急诊医护人员的心理素质是非常必要的。各级医院和相关机构的管理者应积极关注急诊医护人员的心理卫生健康状况,并通过多种途径帮助他们减轻压力,维护急诊医护人员的心理健康。

Objective To explore the mental health status of medical staff in emergency department. Methods In this survey, medical staffs in emergency department were investigated in the form of symptom self-rating scale. Results The mental health condition of the medical staffs in the emergency department was signifcantly lower than that of the healthy adults. Sort by the high and low of the detection, OCD 〉 Depression 〉Hostile 〉 Somatization〉Horror〉Relationships〉Anxiety〉Psychosis〉Para-noid. Conclusion Due to the working environment and other factors, the mental health of medical staff in the emergency department is becoming worrying. Managers of hospitals and related institutions at all levels should actively pay attention to the mental health of emergency medical staff and help them relieve their stress through various means
