团队心理游戏对精神分裂症患者康复的临床疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Team Psychological Games in Rehabilitation of Patients With Schizophrenia

目的观察团队心理游戏对精神分裂症患者康复的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月我院收治的60例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用团队心理游戏,对两组患者康复效果进行观察比较。结果对照组与试验组治疗前PANSS评分、MRSS评分及GHQ评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后比较,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后SDSS评分、NOSIE评分、BPRS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,试验组与对照组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者进行团队心理游戏有利于进一步提高康复效果和生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of team psychological games on rehabilitation of schizophrenics. Methods 60 cases of spirit from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were schizophrenia patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and test group(30 cases), the control group with routine nursing, experimental group received team psychological games, were observed and compared on the rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients who. Results The test group and the control group before treatment PANSS score, MRSS score and GHQ score were compared, no significant differences exist between the groups(P>0.05); and after treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the SDSS score, NOSIE score, BPRS score compared with before treatment two after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); comparison between groups after treatment, there was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The team psychological games for schizophrenia can further improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life.
