高差修正材料在路面不平整处治大面积施工中的实践

Application of Level Difference Correction Materials in Large-Scale Treatment Construction of Pavement Roughness

平整度对路面使用性能有很大影响。对出现不平整病害的路面尚无经济合理的处治措施。开发一种基于乳化沥青的高差修正材料,原用于桥梁伸缩缝、窨井盖周围的小范围高差修复。将该高差修正材料用于路面不平整处治的大面积施工,具有耐磨性和耐久性。

Roughness is a big problem for road pavement performance. Convenient and economic method of roughness treatment is rare. One kind of level difference correction materials was developed based on emulsified asphalt, which were formerly used in small-scale treatment such as around bridge expansion joints and manhole cover. Level difference correction materials were used in largescale treatment of pavement roughness in this research and practice showed that it can solve this problem, being of abrasion performance & durability.
