摘要
自1998年12月污泥海洋倾倒被禁止,土地利用逐渐成为英国主要的污泥处置方式,从污泥中获取能源得到日益重视。到2010年,英国70%以上的污泥采用厌氧消化处理,79.1%的污泥采用土地利用方式处置,18.4%的污泥采用焚烧方式处置。英国建立以流域管理为特色的水务管理体系,推广应用高温热水解、BUCHER压滤脱水等先进技术,并制定完善的污泥土地利用标准,其先进理念和成功经验可为解决我国污泥困境提供有益思路。
Since December 1998, the practice that dumping sludge into the sea was banned, and land use has gradually become the main means of sludge disposal in Britain, while obtaining energy from the sludge has been increasingly valued. More than 70 percent of the UK's sludge was treated with anaerobic digestion, while 79.1% of it was disposed by land use and 18.4% of it was incinerated in 2010. Britain has established a featured water management system, promoted the application of many advanced technologies, such as thermal hydrolysis, BUCHER pressure filtration dehydration, and set a series of standards on sludge land use. Its advanced concepts and successful experience can provide useful enlightenment to solve the sludge problem in China.
