虚拟现实技术在灾害救援医疗急救手术教学训练中的应用

The application of virtual reality technology in teaching and training of emergency operation of disaster rescue

灾害救援场景复杂危险,时效性强,在现实训练场景中难以构建,需付出较大经济投入且难以预测实际灾害场景中出现的特殊问题。虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术是将多媒体和仿真技术融合在一起,从而构建将视觉、听觉及触觉完美结合的一种虚拟环境,用户通过一定的设备来感受这种交互现象,产生身临其境的感受和体验。笔者介绍VR技术的应用现状及发展趋势,阐述应用VR技术模拟灾害医疗急救手术教学训练的必要性,并讨论VR技术在这种特殊应用场景下的优势及意义。

Emergency rescue scenes are usually dangerous and complicated and require urgent responses; they are difficult to be simulated and predicted and often need a high budget. Virtual reality is a technique that combines multimedia and simulation technology; it can create a virtual world which perfectly unites sight, hearing and touch. Users can feel the interaction through a device that makes people create an immersive experience. This article introduces the application and trend of virtual reality, describes the necessity of using virtual reality to simulate medical emergency and carry out disaster rescue teaching and training, and discusses the advantages and significance of using virtual reality in a special scenario.
