腰痛的中医护理临床路径

Clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for low back pain

目的探讨中医护理临床路径在腰痛患者中的应用效果。方法 120例腰痛患者分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医护理临床路径进行护理。比较2组患者住院时间、住院费用、症状消失时间和护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间、症状消失时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度95.00%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论实施中医护理临床路径能促进腰痛患者症状缓解,提高患者满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) nursing in patients with lowback pain. Methods Totally 120 patients with lowback pain were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each grouop. Both two groups received routine care during treatment,and the clinical nursing pathway of TCMwas carried out in the observation group. The length of stay,hospitalization costs,symptoms vanished time and nursing satisfactory degree were observed and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had a shorter length of stay,lower hospitalization costs and earlier symptoms vanished time compared with those of controls( P < 0. 05). The satisfactory degree was 95. 00% in the observation group and was 75. 00% in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway of TCMis potentially effective to relieve the patients' symptom of lowback pain and improve their satisfactory degree.
