腹部推拿联合中药热奄包治疗中风后气虚型便秘的疗效观察

Effects of abdominal massage combined with heated TCM package in treatment of qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke

目的探讨腹部推拿联合热奄包治疗中风后气虚型便秘的效果。方法 62例中风后气虚型便秘患者分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上的基础上应用腹部推拿联合热奄包进行干预。比较2组便秘缓解情况。结果观察组便秘治疗总有效率90.32%(28/31),高于对照组的67.42%(21/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部推拿联合热奄包有助于缓解中风后气虚型便秘,且该方法简便、安全、用料简单,可推广到临床和家庭中使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal massage combined with heated package of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) in treatment of qi-deficiency type constipation after stroke. Methods Totally 62 patients with constipation after stroke were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care,and patients in the observation group received abdominal massage combined with heated TCMpackage. Results The overall effective rate of intervention on constipation was 90. 32%( 28/31) in the observation group,which was higher than 67. 42%( 21/31) in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Abdominal massage combined with heated TCMpackage treatment is an safe and effective to relieve the constipation after stroke.
