血液透析室精细化护理管理实践

Application of meticulous management in nursing care of hemodialysis patients

目的探讨精细化护理管理在血透室的应用效果。方法 2016年4月—5月共进行血液透析420例次,根据透析顺序分为观察组和对照组,各210例次。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用精细化管理改进护理干预措施。比较2组护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率0.48%(1/210),低于对照组护的7.14%(15/210),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精细化护理管理在血透室的实践和应用,能有效降低护理不良事件发生率。

Objective To investigate the meticulous management in nursing care of hemodialysis patients. Methods Totally 420 cases of dialysis treatment were assigned to the observation group( n = 210) and the control group( n = 210). The routine care was adopted in both two groups,and meticulous managing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The incidence of nursing adverse events were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events was 0. 48%( 1/210) in the observation group,which was lower than 7. 14%( 15/210) of controls( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Meticulous management could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in nursing care of hemodialysis patients.
