Potential risk factors and preventive nursing measures in neonate ward

新生儿科是高风险学科,护理中存在许多潜在风险与护理缺陷。本文从工作环境、医务人员、护理管理制度、护理文件书写等方面分析新生儿室潜在护理风险,总结出医务人员洗手依从性低、护理管理制度不规范、护士法律意识淡薄、护理文件书写不规范等因素是造成护理不良事件的危险因素。医院管理部门应提高护理人员综合素质,加强护理管理制度的执行力度,以达到有效减少纠纷、维护护患双方权益的目的。

Neonatology is a sub specialty of pediatrics that consists of the medical care of newborn infants. There are a wide variety of risk factors and defects in nursing care in neonate ward. This paper analyzed the potential nursing risk in four aspects including working environment,medical staff,nursing management system and nursing record writing. The poor compliance to hand-washing,non-standard management,weak legal consciousness and lowquality of nursing record writing were main potential risk factors casing nursing adverse reactions. Hospital managers should improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff and enhance the enforcement of nursing management,in order to ensure the rights of both medical staffs and patients.
