Application issues of fast-track surgery in gynecological operation and related countermeasures

快速康复外科(FTS)是为达到快速康复的目的而采取的一系列围术期多学科技术综合措施,能有效促进患者康复,减少并发症发生风险。FPS在国内发展时间较短,临床应用中仍然存在一些问题和阻力。本研究初步探讨了FPS在妇科手术中的应用问题,包括多学科协作和沟通不畅、新理念接受程度低、患者依从性差等,并针对上述因素提出相应的对策,旨在促进FPS在妇科围手术期的应用。

Fast-track( FTS) surgery can be defined as a coordinated perioperative approach aimed at reducing surgical stress and facilitating postoperative recovery. It is effective to improve the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the risk of complications after surgery. FTS,with a relatively short history in China,is facing potential problems and resistance in clinical application.This paper is aimed to discuss the potential application problems of FTS in gynecological operation,such as poor multidisciplinary collaboration,lowacceptance to newconcept,lowcompliance to FTS among patients. This paper also provides several countermeasures in order to promote the application of FTS in gynecological operation.
