摘要
在工业控制现场,针对上位机离输入/输出(I/O)设备远,对I/O设备的控制实时性较差,设计一个基于过程现场总线分散式通信(profibns field bus-dencentralized periphery,PROFIBUS-DP)的主从站通信系统。该系统使用西门子工业控制软件STEP7为平台,采用可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)S7-300为主站控制器,分布式I/O设备ET 200M为从站控制器。首先建立PLC和ET 200M进行硬件组态,将其作为软件设计的基础。然后完成系统的网络组态设计及资源分配,最后仿真验证了上位机对远程I/O设备控制的可行性。该设计满足工业精准控制远程设备的要求,降低了电缆布线的成本,同时提高系统的可扩充性。
In the scenario of industrial control,the long distance between the host computer and its Input/Output(I/O) devices leads to poor performance of real-time controlling. To solve this issue,we designed amaster-slave communication system based on PROFIBUS-DP. This system adopted the SIEMENS industrialcontrol software STEP7 as its platform,in which programmable logic controller(PLC)S7-300 was used as amaster controller, and the distributed I/O device ET200 M was used as a slave controller. Firstly, theconfigurations of PLC and ET 200 M were established as a basis for the software design. Next, thecommunication network was designed and its resource was distributed. Finally,the simulation was conducted toprove the feasibility for the host computer controlling long-distance I/O devices. The proposed design meets theindustrial requirements for controlling precisely long-distance I/O devices,and reduces the cost of the cablewiring with a good expansibility.
