Application of UAV Combined with BIM in Condition Verification of Planning Completion

在规划竣工核实测量中,常需考察施工是否依照设计图施工。本文采用无人机联合BIM技术,以某栋办公楼为例,对其进行生产试验。通过数据采集、数据加工,最终建立办公楼的实景三维模型,利用BIM和实景三维模型融合,发现施工存在的问题,最终为管理部门提供参考。

In the completion of the planning verification,we need to examine whether the construction is in accordance with the design drawings.In this paper,UAV combined with BIM technology considers an office building as an example for production test.The existing construction problems were investigated through the data acquisition,data processing,final establishment of the office building by a real three-dimensional model with an integrating BIM and real three-dimensional model integration,and a baseline for the management strategies was proposed.
