摘要
针对空间中运动目标的位置和姿态的跟踪测量,设计和标定了一种配合激光跟踪仪与相机使用的六自由度测量光笔。该光笔中心为可放置角隅棱镜的凹槽,凹槽周围分布着具有一定网形的若干人工标志,通过光笔的标定可得到角隅棱镜和各标志点之间的位置关系并构建出光笔坐标系。本文首先介绍了六自由度测量光笔的设计过程,并分别阐述了光笔坐标系的构建与末端测头的标定原理,实验结果表明,光笔的标定结果的精度基本符合实际需要。
Aimed to track and measure the position and attitude of moving targets in space,this passage designed and calibrates a kind of 6 DOF Light-pen with the laser tracker and camera.A groove of the corner cube prism is placed on the center of the Light-pen,and there are some several artificial marks around the groove.We can get position relation among mark points through the light pen calibration and construct the coordinate system of the Light-pen.This paper firstly introduced the design process of 6 DOF Light-pen,and elaborated the construction principle and the calibration of the probe light pen coordinate system,and the experimental results show that the precision of the pen calibration results meet the actual needs.
