精馏塔强制循环再沸器的工艺系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 强制循环再沸器具有其它再沸器不可替代的特点,在工程设计中被普遍采用。重点介绍了精馏塔强制循环再沸器的设计原则,确定了再沸器的传热温差和塔釜循环量等设计条件。通过设计实例,叙述了精馏塔强制再沸器的拆分方法及塔釜工艺系统设计,提出了强制循环再沸器管路系统中循环泵的选型依据和限流孔板的设计计算方法并解决了相关工艺设计问题。 Forced circulation reboiler has irreplaceable characteristics,so it is widely used in engineering design. This paper emphatically introduces the design principle of forced circulation reboiler for distillation column,and determines the design conditions such as the heat transfer temperature difference of reboiler and the column bottom circulating rate.Through a practical engineering example, the separation method of the forced reboiler for distillation column and the process system design for column bottom are introduced in detail,and the selection basis of circulating pump and the design calculation method of restriction orifice in the pipeline system of forced circulation reboiler are put forward,solving the related process design problems.
