摘要
为研究旋液分离器用于MTBE原料烃水分离的复杂过程,采用CFD软件对旋流器进行三维模拟。模型中运用RSM湍流模型、基于欧拉两相流模型,对旋液分离器内部的速度场分布进行了分析,揭示了烃水两相的分离过程。并考虑不同进口速度对旋液分离器内烃水分离性能的影响,验证了旋液分离器在石油化工行业脱水过程中的使用价值;同时基于CFD软件的模拟计算能较为精确的预测旋液分离器内的流动情况,为开发和设计适宜的旋液分离器提供了一定的技术参考。
In order to study the complex process of oil-water hydrocyclone separator in MTBE unit,CFD software is used to simulate the hydrocyclone. The velocity field distribution in the hydrocyclone separator is analyzed by using Eulerian two-phase flow model and RSM turbulence model,and the separation process of the oil-water is revealed. The effects of different inlet velocities on the hydrocyclone separator are considered to verify the application value of hydrocyclone separator in the dewatering process in petrochemical industry. The simulation based on CFD can also precisely predict the flow conditions in hydrocyclone separator and provide technical references for the development and design of hydrocyclone separator.
