增压透平膨胀机无波纹膨胀节补偿时的配管应力分析

摘要 增压透平膨胀机组作为空分装置和LNG冷箱的核心设备,为应力敏感设备,其进/出口管系的合理配制,直接影响装置的使用寿命和运行安全可靠性。针对世界银行贷款山西煤层气开发利用示范项目液化冷箱的两级该类设备的配管设计,在用户要求不采用波纹膨胀节补偿的条件下,对设备连接管系用CAESARII进行应力分析,并将分析合格的管口载荷值按API617的要求代入校核,使之满足规范要求。 As the core equipment of air separation unit and LNG cold box,boosted turbine expander is sensitive to stress.The proper design of its inlet and outlet piping directly influences the service life and operation safety of the unit. For the piping design of the two-stage boosted turbine expander in LNG cold box of the coalbed methane development and utilization demonstration project in Shanxi Province with World Bank loans, CAESARII is used in the stress analysis of equipment connection piping without bellow expansion joint as requested by the client,and the qualified nozzle loads are checked according to the requirements of API617 to meet the requirements of standards.
