摘要
石油化工装置中,阀门突然开启或关闭、水泵突然停止、骤然启闭导叶等现象存在的管系普遍存在不同程度水锤效应。由于水锤产生的瞬时压强可达管道中正常工作压强的几十倍甚至于数百倍,可对阀门、泵、管道等产生破坏作用。介绍了水锤的成因以及危害,通过计算分析了水锤对管系的影响,结合实际管道应力计算示例提出了减小水锤影响的布置方案;并对如何减小水锤压强等提出了建议。
Sudden opening or closing of valves,stopping of water pumps and opening or closing of guide vanes may cause water hammer effect on the pipelines of petrochemical units.The instant pressure triggered by water hammer effect can be tens or even hundreds of times the normal operating pressure in pipelines and cause significant damage to valves,pumps and pipelines. This paper introduces the causes of water hammer effect and its hazards,analyzes the influence of water hammer on the piping through calculation,presents a piping layout plan to reduce the water hammer effect based on a specific case of pipeline stress calculation,and puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce the pressure of water hammer.
