Research on Specialization and Professionalization Construction of Counselors Teams in Colleges and Universities

近年来,我国高校的招生规模与以前相比大幅增加,与之相对应的大学生思想政治工作和相关管理工作所面临的任务更加繁重。本文在介绍高校辅导员队伍现状及存在的问题的基础上,系统分析了高校辅导员专业化和职业化的内涵,并提出了建设方法和途径。

In recent years,the scale of enrollment in colleges and universities has greatly expended greatly than before,and the corresponding work of students' ideological and political education and management is much harder.Basing on an introduction to college counselors' present working situation and potential problems,the thesis systematically analyses the connotation of college counselors' specialization and professionalization and raises related construction methods.
