基于6S管理与行业4化标准的实训基地的内涵建设研究

Research on Connotation Construction of Training Base Based on 6S Management and Industry 4 Standards

高职院校实训基地是职业教育与就业市场紧密连接的重要平台,同时也是课程改革与发展的重要依据。本文以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院校内道路桥梁综合检测实训基地为例,介绍了在骨干后建设中,对实训基地进行6S管理理念与行业4化标准的实施模式并成功推行,继而提升实训基地的内涵建设,促进高职教育教学的改革。

The training base of higher vocational colleges is an important platform for occupation education and employment market closely connected,but also an important basis for curriculum reform and development. Based on the comprehensive detection of Shaanxi Railway Institute campus training base of road bridge as an example,introduced in the bone dry in the construction of training base for 6S management and implementation mode of 4 industry standard and the successful implementation,then enhance the connotation of the construction of training bases,promote the teaching reform of higher vocational education.
