民办高校党建工作改革的两个重要问题研究

民办高校和公办高校在体制运行方面存在一些不同,在决策机制、运行机制以及党组织建设方面相互独立有彼此联系,但是随着社会的发展民办高校党建工作也需要进行改革,不仅要将党建工作与民办高校的特殊环境有机结合起来,也需要适应国情、当情的发展需要,通过改革使得民办高校的党建工作更好的符合社会发展,全面的提升党建工作的质量。本文主要针对民办高校党建工作改革的两个重要问题进行研究。

The private colleges and universities in the aspect of system running,there are some different in the decision-making mechanism,operation mechanism and construction of the Party are independent of each other have contact each other,but with the development of the society also needs reform,run by the local college Party construction work is not only to the Party construction and the organic combination of the special environment of private colleges,also need to adapt to national conditions,when the affection of development needs,through reform makes the non-governmental university Party construction better conforms to the social development,improve the quality of the Party construction.This article mainly aims at private colleges to study the two important problems of the reform of Party construction.
