摘要 深化人才培养模式改革是当前教学改革的重大举措。本文分析了研究生数学类课程的特点、思维方法与能力培养要求。研究如何利用混合式教学模式来提升教学质量,构造融"学练用"于一体的创新能力培养体系,探讨在线教学模式中教师和学生的分工和要求。以"科教结合协同育人行动计划"为宗旨,深化人才培养模式改革,努力培养创新人才。 Deepening the reform of personnel training mode is a major measure of current teaching reform. This paper analyzes the characteristics of postgraduate mathematics curriculum,thinking methods and the requirements of ability training. We study how to use the mixed teaching model to improve the quality of teaching,combine the structural "studying practicing using" in one of the innovative ability training system,and explore teachers and students in the division of labor and requirements when using the online teaching model. To realize the goal of science and education combined with the cooperative action plan and cultivate innovative personnel,we should deepen the reform of personnel training model.
