摘要
食品科学与工程专业导论是一门引导性的课程,是食品专业新生入门的必修课程,通过改变这门课程传统的授课方式,将理论学习与实际操作相结合,通过教学内容、授课方式、考核模式的改革,来增加课程专业性的同时,培养学生的学习兴趣和良好的学习习惯。
Introduction to food science and engineering is an introductory course with an introduction,a required course for freshmen,and a basic course in food science and engineering. By changing the traditional way of teaching this course,we combine theory study with practice. Through the reform of teaching hours,teaching types and assessment modes,we should increase the professionalism of this course and cultivate students' interest in study and good study habits at the same time.
